Whether you rent one of our RVs, our manufactured home, or the six-bedroom house, you’ll still get to enjoy the amenities of Tall Timbers and all the fun of the Lake Erie shore.z
House Rental
Our house here at Tall Timbers is a beautiful home with 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, large eat in kitchen, dining, living, and laundry rooms. Our home has a lower and upper deck that overlooks our 4-acre sand bottom fishing and swimming pond. We do provide an outdoor table with chairs, grill, picnic table and fire ring.
The home is full stocked with dishes, silverware, coffee pot, microwave, cookware, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The home has central air, wi-fi, and satellite TV.
We also offer a fold away crib, pack n play, highchair and walker for your little ones. Linens, towels (bath & kitchen), and paper products are included but please wash what you use to ensure the return of your deposit.
The home is SMOKE FREE and NO PETS are allowed.
There are two bedrooms downstairs with a full bath and a half bath.
Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed
Bedroom 2: 2 sets of twin bunks
There are four bedrooms upstairs with a full bath in hallway.
Bedroom 3: Master bedroom with queen size bed with 3 piece bathroom
Bedroom 4: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 5: Queen bed
Bedroom 6: 1 twin bed, 1 bunk bed with twin on top and double on bottom.

RV 252
Don’t have an RV of your own but want to try out RV living? RV rentals at Tall Timbers are a great value and experience! Our RVs are well-maintained and include electricity, water, a lavatory, and full kitchen.
Our RV has a separate bedroom with a double bed in the back of the unit. The front bedroom has a bunk room that has 4 twins. The dining table will fold down to a double bed and living room sofa will also fold down into a double. A full bath, living room, and stocked kitchen with an eat in dining room.
We DO NOT supply linens, paper products or towels (bath or kitchen). We recommend RV toilet paper only for our units.
There is a small deck, charcoal grill and a fire ring for your use. Our part is a family friendly park with a sand bottom pond for swimming and catch/release fishing. We do have inflatables in our pond, in season, that children love. There is a large playground and many kid and adult activities planned for the weekends. We are pet friendly with a charge of $10 per day, per pet. 2 max.
The rental is not on sewer so please conserve water. It will be pumped out 2 times a day, morning and afternoon, daily during your stay.
Our rental unit inside is a SMOKE FREE environment.

Enjoy a quick getaway without having to own your own RV! Our RV rentals are well-maintained and include electricity, water, lavatory, and full kitchen.

PARK MODEL 258
If you need a little more room than the standard RV but not quite as much as our rental house, Model 258 may be for you! Like our RV units, this Park Model home includes electricity, water, lavatory, air conditioning, heat, and a full kitchen. But it also features more space and a few more homey comforts!
Our RV park models have a separate bedroom with a double bed in the back of the unit. There is a Jack & Jill bedroom in front with a double bed in each room. A full bath, living room, and stocked kitchen with eat in dining room.
